backpacking Kings Canyon
This spectacular Gorge is located 323km from Alice Springs and features spectacular clusters of domed outcrops of rock and sheltered water holes that are surrounded with lush green vegetation, one of the most popular is called the “Garden of Eden”. There are some amazing walking trails up to 100m above the gorge, which offer some spectacular views. There is also over 600 different plant species as well as many varieties of animals, which make for great sightseeing.
