This is a beautiful region that overlooks the city of Adelaide and is only about 30 minutes drive away from the city centre. There are many wineries in the area that are worth exploring, there are also some great little townships that offer a good selection of arts and craft and places to eat. The Adelaide Hills area also offers excellent bushwalking tracks with over 1,000km of tracks to choose from.
